Young Storytellers Foundation

An organization that encourages literacy and creativity by motivating kids in underprivileged communities to be screenwriters and playwrights.

Here’s another terrific organization that encourages literacy and creativity by motivating kids in underprivileged communities to be screenwriters and playwrights. It’s an opportunity to inspire the next generation of content creators to actually… you know… write stuff. From their description:

we provide underserved children in the public school system an opportunity to write stories and see them brought to life through performance. Our mission is to inspire children to discover the power of their own voice.

I know several people who work with Young Storytellers as performers and mentors, and I think it’s rad. Learn more HERE or by following them on Twitter @youngstory.
